Q: If my room is not ready when I arrive can I leave my luggage?
A: Yes, we do have a luggage-room where you can store your luggage on the day of arrival and on the day of your departure.

Q: Does your hotel have a car park?
A: No, the hotel does not have its own car-park but to find out all about the various parking options in the local area check http://www.NCP.co.uk. We do suggest to park in the NCP Russell Road, this costs £16 per 24 hours. However, getting the train is much easier and you won’t have to worry about car park costs. If you book in advance through Southern Rail, you can get tickets for as little as £3 each way from London.

Q: We will arrive at Brighton Station how do I get to you from there?
A: Come out of Brighton station, and walk straight down Queens Road and then West Street to the seafront. We are the last building on the left hand side. It takes about 10 minutes walk at the most.

Q: We will arrive at Gatwick Airport how do I get to you from there?
A: Trains from Gatwick to Brighton take around 30-40 minutes and depart every 10-15 minutes.

Q: Do we have to pay for Internet and safes in the rooms?
A: We have free WiFi throughout the hotel and we do have safes in the majority of our rooms.

Q: Do your rooms have seaviews?
A: We have a selection of seaview doubles and family rooms with a seaview.
